Treiva Williams
2013 Stellar Women of Gospel Honoree

Treiva Williams is the Executive administrator to Grammy Award winners Mary Mary, and the CEO of Right Hand Elite. Treiva has a storied career and a difficult journey that has given her both life lessons and professional skills.
Treiva proudly served in the US Army for 8 years in active and reserve duty. After serving our country, Treiva became a Certified Meeting Professional, marketer and event planner. She began her professional career as an advertising account executive where she spearheaded urban marketing for major corporations including Coca-Cola, Sprite, MCI and McDonald's.
Treiva’s career has spanned more than 20 years of entertainment, event marketing and talent management. Treiva lives her mantra: “I am called to facilitate, market and administrate the visions of others.”
She has contributed to the growth of Gospel Today Magazine and the Gospel Heritage Foundation. As a talent manager, she worked with several names in Gospel and hip-hop including guiding the successful career of her talented son Lil IROCC, an award-winning Gospel rapper and singer. She helped launch his record label, Authority Music, and served as General Manager for Darkchild Gospel.
Her no-nonsense approach, her capacity to administrate and organize, and her passion to serve has made Treiva one of the top executive administrators. She recently took her skills to a higher level with the launch of her own company, Right Hand Elite - a celebrity and entertainment administrative and marketing services company.
What many people do not know is that Treiva has also triumphed over unimaginable medical challenges. In 2003 and in 2004, she suffered and overcame two strokes. She is also a 15-year cancer survivor. Treiva was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011, yet continues to live victorious each day in defeating the illness. The epitome of strength, Treiva completed a 3-day, 50 mile walk this past September to raise money for the National MS Society.
A born survivor, a gifted administrator and God’s servant, Treiva offers this advice for others who are facing struggles:
“Stand in PEACE and break it down into pieces. Don't make decisions or choices out of desperation. Don’t let your drive to 'make it' cause you not to enjoy and learn from the ride. ALL THINGS TEACH. Never trade your destiny for a passing moment. PRAY, PREPARE, and PROCLAIM all. It will never be enough to just talk about it or pray about it, you have to do it and stick to it.”
